Flannel & Casual Shirts by Biltwell and ROEG
This page is narrower than "Shirts" suggests: two flannel shirts and one jersey. Biltwell's Hi Test flannel comes in four colourways, ROEG's Blaze flannel in another four, and a Biltwell baseball-style shirt is cut for women. Both flannels are the same heavyweight cotton with stainless-steel snaps. The detailing is what's different.
Biltwell's Hi Test Flannel adds elastic thumb loops to keep the cuffs down and hidden snaps at the collar to stop it flapping in the wind; the chest pocket flap includes a slot for glasses. ROEG's Blaze Flannel is built the same way from the same 100% heavyweight cotton, with single- and double-needle stitching for durability; ROEG describes its own cut as "tailored for a roomy fit."

The Script Baseball Female Shirt is a different garment entirely, a semi-fitted jersey in a lighter 4.5oz combed cotton with raglan sleeves, not a flannel at all.
