This is the odds-and-ends shelf: the SW-Motech parts that do not belong on any of our other SW-Motech pages. Sockets and switches, seat cushions and backrests, fender kits, three guards, a plate holder, a tank shelf, a neck tube and a multitool all sit here because none of them is common enough to earn a shelf of its own. Eleven of the twenty-four fit any bike. Nine are cut to one specific BMW, Ducati or Yamaha model, and four more are tagged across a dozen marques apiece, not any one bike.

Does a SW-Motech power socket switch off with the ignition?
SW-Motech's own listing for the Cigarette Lighter Socket says it wires straight to the battery through the supplied cable harness and a fuse. The Electric Kit Universal does the same. Neither switches with the ignition. It is a known concern on sockets wired this way generally. Riders on one UK forum thread discuss avoiding it, and one poster describes fitting a switch of their own.
One Double USB Power Port (EMA.00.107.11300) needs a mounting plate SW-Motech sell separately: the Cigarette Lighter Socket Bracket M8, also on this shelf. The other (EMA.00.107.12200) plugs straight into an existing cigarette-lighter or DIN socket and needs nothing extra. Both share the same name on this shelf, so check which one is in your basket.
The EVO High Beam Switch is not a generic switch. It is the spare for SW-Motech's own EVO light kits, sold as a spare for the one that ships with every kit.
Which SW-Motech seat cushion suits your ride?
The three Cushion Traveller pads are air cushions built around a polyurethane honeycomb, under a breathable knit cover, with a valve to set how much air goes in. That is SW-Motech's own description, reproduced on a European retailer's listing for these parts. Cushion Traveller Rider suits a sporty touring seat, Cushion Traveller Pillion is the one for a passenger seat, and Cushion Traveller Smart is shaped for a cruiser.
One reviewer on that listing says less air works better than fully inflated. Some describe that as losing contact with the seat. It changes how a seat feels. It does not fix one that is wrong for you.
Both Passenger Backrest Dusc pads bond permanently to a Dusc case with adhesive film. Buy one without a Dusc case fitted and there is nothing to stick it to.
Which bike does each SW-Motech guard or fender kit fit?
SW-Motech describe both Water Pump Protection guards the same way, for Ducati and for the Yamaha Ténéré 700: protection against unintentional ground contact, not a claim about surviving a crash. A guard for a bike dropped or tipped over, nothing more.
Cardan Protection R1300GS/R130 is a guard for the final drive on that bike. We found no SW-Motech copy for this one, so that is all we say.
The Front Fender Universal comes with no mounting hardware, and fits a wheel up to 120 mm wide and 19 inches across. The Front Fender Kit for the XSR900, MT-09 and Tracer family (KFS.06.599.10000/B) ships with its own bolts and brackets. The Fender Kit for the XSR700 and XSR700 XT (KFS.06.642.10000/B) is a separate part, with its own hardware too. They are different kits for different bikes, so check which one you are ordering.
SW-Motech tank shelf, plate holder and multitool spares
The Tank Shelve is a 3 mm aluminium panel for the BMW GS Adventure it is listed for. It replaces the stock plastic tank-side cover on the original mounting points.
The License Plate Holder bolts to the original splash guard on a BMW R 1200 GS. It keeps the original indicators in place.
The Scarf is a neck tube: polyester, one size.
The Multitool Keychain carries the Quick-Lock key for SW-Motech's own luggage locks and mounts, a set of hex keys, a 14 mm key sized for many motorcycle mirrors, and a built-in bottle opener.
