Gilles Tooling Motorcycle Brake & Clutch Levers
Gilles Tooling brake and clutch levers. Most are FXL adjustable levers in 7075-T6 aluminium, listed for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW, Aprilia, Ducati, KTM, Suzuki and Triumph. Four Maximum Performance folding levers and a parking brake lever kit for the Yamaha TMAX sit alongside them. Clutch levers and brake levers are listed separately, and each title names the model it fits where it fits one.
FXL levers
Gilles Tooling says the FXL levers are made from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminium and have 35-position adjustability, a central adjustment wheel and a predetermined breaking point. The adjustment wheel is supplied in three colours, black, red and silver. Item codes starting FXCL are clutch levers and FXBL are brake levers.
Clutch or brake?
Each lever is its own listing, so choose both if you want a pair. Gilles says the FXL grip width can be adjusted to the millimetre and that the breaking point sits in the two-finger area. Lever guards, reservoir covers and shift holders are on the main Gilles Tooling page.
Maximum Performance levers
The Maximum Performance levers on this page are listed as folding brake and clutch levers, with codes MPBL and MPCL. Gilles calls them MPL levers and says they are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium, with play-free bearings.

Will it fit my motorcycle?
Each listing names the bike or bikes in its title where a part fits one model or a short list. The Fitment section on the listing gives the exact models and years from Gilles Tooling's own list. Some parts are universal or are spares, and the listing says so.
Are FXL levers adjustable?
Yes. Gilles says the FXL levers have 35-position adjustability, with a central adjustment wheel for quick changes to grip width. The wheel comes in three colours, black, red and silver.
