Exhaust Headers & Link Pipes
The pipework between the engine and the silencer: headers off the cylinder head, collectors and Y-pipes where several pipes meet, and the link or mid pipe that joins the lot to the can.
Riders usually come here for one of two reasons — completing a system a slip-on started, or replacing a section that has corroded. Either way the part has to match both what it bolts to and what bolts to it, so every listing names the models it fits and carries the manufacturer part number. A header comes off at the cylinder head, so it is the same job as fitting a full system rather than a slip-on.
